MAS provides Medicaid Transportation Management and Prior Authorization Services for New York State Department of Health as well as a number of New York State Counties. To schedule or cancel a ride, contact MAS by calling 53 during regular business hours, or email to no later than 5pm the business day prior to the date the ride is needed. Schedule health-related trips two weeks ahead of the day of your appointment and schedule non-medical trips one week ahead of the day of your. We do our best to accommodate as many riders as possible and will offer alternate ride times if your requested time is unavailable. The curb-to-curb van service is available to seniors who are unable to use conventional means of transportation. There are also breaks in service between each quarter-end date and instruction begin date (including summer session II). Service is not offered on weekends or University holidays. Shuttle service is provided Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-6:30 pm.
